Oakbrook Villas is a Sub-Association of Midvale Park.  Oakbrook has 157 Lots and we are a
self sustaining community that has our own Pool and Park.  

Oakbrook Villas residence are able to enjoy the closeness of a small community where
neighbors know each other and several community events are planned throughout the year.  

The Oakbrook Villas Board of Directors works hard to encourage input from all the residence
in all aspects of community management and welcomes suggestions and ideas from all
members who can contribute to the upkeep and betterment of our neighborhood!
